A pritom mať niekoho, komu sa môžeme v takýchto prípadoch zveriť a povedať mu o tom, ako sa cítime, je prvý krok k liečbe. Táto pieseň je venovaná tým, ktorí majú pocit, že sa v živote v nejakom bode zasekli a nevedia sa pohnúť...a priateľom, ktorí pri nich stoja a vypočujú ich bez toho, aby ich súdili, naprávali ich alebo im radili.       I don´t know if you knew it but today, we celebrate the World´s Mental Health Day. And although today, topic of mental health and its diseases is accepted in society in more more open and positive way, there are still people  and even countries (for example, South Korea) in which there´s still a ruling conviction that attending psycholical or psychiatric treatment is shame and telling that you are burn out, that you can´t go on, or that you´re feeling unwell or unhappy is considered to be beneath someone´s dignity. And the point is, having someone to who you can talk to in this situation and open your heart about how we feel is the first step to healing. This song is dedicated to those who have a feeling that they got stuck at some point of their lives and can´t move on...and to their friends who stand by their side and hear them otút without judging them or trying to fix them and giving them advice.       Žiarivá anglicko- španielska bachata na rozjasnenie vášho dňa 😍💛✨

      (Len tak medzi rečou, ten týpek mi fyzicky veľmi pripomína nášho lektora z tanečnej 😐😅😀

       Tieto dva dni nie som úplne vo svojej koži, keď mám "svoje" dni, najmä prvé dva až tri, viem byť trochu ako na hojdačke, emocionálna, viac unavená, potrebujem viac spánku, tepla, pokoja, mojkania, nemám veľkú chuť "ukazovať sa" a žiariť vonku medzi ľuďmi, skôr sa cítim jemne, krehko a zraniteľne. Takže ak sa vám zdám trošku nesvoja, prepáčte, to sa poddá... 😊😸

        Pôvodne som tento víkend plánovala aj ísť von, no kamoška, s ktorou som sa dohadovala, do poslednej chvíle nevedela, či pôjde na salsa večer alebo bachata festival- kam som chcela ísť ja- a napokon mi dala vedieť neskoro. Dnes ju pre zmenu nepustia deti. A kde vie chodiť v tanečných kruhoch, dobre vie, že ísť na párty ako žena sama za seba bez partie je nie veľmi príjemné 😏 Nehovoriac o tom, že vracať sa odtiaľ taxíkom po polnoci plus vstupné by ma vyšlo dosť možno aj 80-90 eur, čo mi na jeden tanečný večer príde dosť :-) Asi preto mám rada leto a letné akcie pod holým nebom, ktoré trvajú do jedenástej, desiatej večera, nerada závisím od druhých a leto je v tomto pre mňa oveľa výhodnejšie :))

        Dnes sa teda asi pustím do knižky a možno dvoch piesní- jedna je v pohode, druhá je rappová, také piesne mám ja rada kvôli textom, len práve u tejto ho najprv bude treba ručne podľa uška prepísať a až potom preložiť 😎😅Tak sa teda pohráme 😍💓✌👅 Peknú sobotu želám, pretancujte ňou v dobrej nálade a s gráciou 💃💝🌞)
