     Pre mňa je ticho vzácne, je to výzva a možnosť počuť nápady v mojej hlave, rozvinúť ich, a keď napríklad vymaľovávam večer zložitú mandalu, farby a obrazy mi pomáhajú vytiahnuť na povrch slová, frázy, slovné zvraty (včera nám zrušili tanečnú, takže som si odrazu upratala knihy a staré materiály zo španielčiny; a potom ma to potiahlo k mandale, a odrazu som po veľmi dlhej dobe mala aj živé, normálne, farebné sny. Neviem, ako je to u vás, ale u mňa to funguje tak, že sny sú pre mňa ukazovateľom spojenia sama so sebou, prejavom mojej intuície a psychickej pohody; ak ich dlhší čas nemám alebo ich mám krátke, sekané či nevýrazné, znamená to, že nie som naladená sama na seba. Takže som v čase, keď sa znova potrebujem naladiť sama na seba 😉😏💝)

    Those days (I have three and a half day off until the night shift on Sunday) I keep myself little bit in the distance because I need it.    To me, silence is extraordinary, it´a challenge and an opportunity to hear the ideas in my head, to develop them, and when I for example colour some intricate mandala, colours and images help to get to the surface also the words, phrases, verbal idioms (yesterday evening, our dance class was cancelled, so I had a time to clean my books and old stuff from Spanish; and then, I felt attracted to mandala and suddenly, after quite a long time, I finally had vivid, normal, colourful dreams. I don´t know how it works for you, but to me, my dreams are an indicator of my connection with myself, a display of my intuition and mental peace; if I don´t have them, or they are short, cut or dull, it means that I´m not in tune with myself. So I´m right now in time when I need to get in tune with myself again 😉😏💝)
